  I had an appointment with this company today at 10:30 this morning, at least that’s what I was told last. At 10am I called them to verify the time since I was going to step out for a bit. I was not able to reach anyone and left a voicemail. 11:30 came around and I called again, I figured I was probably wrong on the time, and again no answer. I called again at 1pm and no answer. I decided to call another company instead. I will NEVER! Call this company again and will make sure no one I know ever does. If you are not going to show up or if you overbook have the decency to call your clients and let them know. Your lack of professionalism costed us valuable family time.
