  In all of my thirty plus years of dealing with residential garbage service I must say this is the absolute worse in the four different counties I have ever had the disgust of paying. The rates are higher than Alameda County and provide one half of the service. They pick up yard waste and recycling every other week. When my fence was damaged by the garbage truck and because the can blown by the Delta high winds was too close to the fence they stopped picking up my can. When I called to complain the route manager was extremely rude and totally nasty stating the can was at fault and the driver could not get out his truck. He refused to give me his last name and told me to sue in small claims....how is that for customer service?

  Way over priced for service. It's cheaper for me to take yard waste to the dump myself than pay them $7 extra per bag in the spring time! They tried to charge me a one time fee for upgrading the size of my garbage can. This place is a rip -off!
