  DONT BE FOOLED BY THE FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS!! Wow! Could it get any worse? I think not!!! My elderly mother lives close by and asks me to drive out from Walnut Creek to help her when she has to deal with these unpleasant employees. The worst part is they won't answer their phones! So I actually have to drive out to help her!! The employees inside the office SLOWEST SERVICE EVER.... don't bother! The women couldn't be any more rude, lazy, and useless! They never answer the phone, even when they've called you and asked for a call back! It's so infuriating! Call centers make you wait over an hour to finally speak to a live rep! That's if you don't get hung up on first! SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND LOST TIME AND MONEY RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! I'd give zero stars if I could!!! On a side note my mother loves her mail MAN.
